Responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to define architecture, guide implementation, and ensure alignment with best practices. Requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and configuration, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements
  • Define the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy
  • Design scalable and maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications
  • Develop high-level and detailed design documentation, including data models, security models, and integration frameworks
  • Guide development teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards
  • Recommend and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes
  • Oversee integration strategies and lead the design of APIs and middleware integrations with external systems
  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements
  • Lead workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, tools, and industry best practices
  • Support release management and deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX and DevOps platforms

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with hands-on involvement in designing and delivering Salesforce-based solutions
  • Salesforce Architect certification(s) preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data architecture, security, and customization options
  • Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrating with third-party platforms and services
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Availability to work on a contract basis, with flexibility to support evolving project needs and timelines
