Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Create and customize objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and flows to support business automation
- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and user-reported problems
- Perform unit testing and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain accurate documentation of application architecture, configurations, and development activities
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and development tools
- Support Salesforce deployment processes using tools like Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DevOps platforms
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Proficiency in writing SOQL and SOSL queries for data manipulation
- Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code with Salesforce extensions, Git, and DevOps platforms
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment
