Where do I pick up my Tickets?

It is IMPORTANT that you make arrangements to pick up your tickets, or have them dropped off, prior to the day of the event. Physical tickets will be required in advance. Tickets will be required to enter the Parking Areas, enter the Main Gate, and have access to the Tower Terrace. No one will be distributing tickets at the event. Please contact your Corvano, Salesforce, MTX, or DeleteMe host to make arrangement to pick up your tickets at Salesforce Tower or to have them dropped off to your location. Tickets will be available Tuesday May 14, Wednesday May 15, and Thursday May 16.

The event will take place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which is located at 4790 West 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46222. Once in the Main Gate, please make your way to the Tower Terrace, Suite #38 (Arrow | McLaren Racing Suite).

Unfortunately, given the popularity of that day’s events and race, parking passes are NOT available for this event, but you can get additional information about parking availability HERE. We strongly suggest you consider taking Uber or Lyft to the event given the expected crowds and demand for parking.

Once you have secured parking, please make your way through the Main Gate and follow the signs to the Tower Terrace. Follow the signage to Suite #38 – the Arrow | McLaren Racing Suite. 

Unfortunately, the answer is no. Noone will be able to park or enter the Raceway without a ticket, and only those that are on the official list and have been invited by one of the hosts from Corvano, Salesforce, MTX, or DeleteMe. All arrangements for co-workers, relatives, friends, or additional guests need to be approved in advance and tickets distributed to those parties for them to attend.
